- The rules form is available for download within the entry form. A separate rules form needs to be signed and completed for each individual entry.
- Payment is also completed within the entry form if paying by card. If you require an invoice and will pay with a check, WCFHBA staff will send you an invoice upon receiving and processing all of your Parade entries.
NEW for 2026: Parade of Homes Info Sessions!
It is expected that at least one representative from each builder company entering the Parade attend one of the three in-person info sessions we are offering at the WCFHBA office. More sessions may be added based upon availability if we see the need arise. Your entries will not be published until one of these info sessions has been attended by at least one person in your office who will be handling Parade entry processes and communications. These sessions are designed to answer common questions and help you have a smooth and successful Parade season!

Fees/Admission
Buy two entries, get the third one 25% off!
The fee is $2,000 per entry for your first two entries. After your second entry, your third, fourth, fifth, etc. entry will be only $1,500 per entry.*
