2023 Parade of Homes Builder Entry Form
ENTERING IS AS EASY AS: ONE, TWO, THREE!
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Complete steps one, two, and three for EACH HOME entered in the 2023 Parade of Homes.
- Please complete steps in sequence. Please do NOT skip steps.
- If entering MULTIPLE HOMES, complete steps one through three in sequence, from start to finish, for each entry. Please do NOT combine steps. ONE transaction per entry.
- Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
STEP ONE:
Read over the 2023 Rules, print, and sign.
Graphics guidelines included in this section for submitting front elevations and floor plans. Please review, but no signature required.
STEP TWO:
Upload all Parade of Homes entry data and submit.
STEP THREE:
Add all optional awards selections to your cart and process payment. (Selections do not automatically transfer into cart.) If entering more than two homes, please use code POH37 on your third+ entry.
YOU'RE DONE!
After rules, entry form and payment have been completed, you're done! THANK YOU!
You may notice there is no longer an option to enter your home in the Neighborhoods on Parade Bus Tour. This is because this event is no longer a part of the Parade of Homes event lineup. Instead, WCFHBA will host a separate, holiday-themed bus tour as a winter event close to Christmas. Stay tuned for more information on that event later in 2023!

Fees/Admission
Buy two entries, get the third one 25% off!
The fee is $2,000 per entry for your first two entries. After your second entry, your third, fourth, fifth, etc. entry will be only $1,500 per entry.*
