2026 MAX!-querade Awards Gala
The MAX! Awards are hosted by the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association's Cape Fear New Home Sales & Marketing Council. The MAX! Awards recognize the best in media, marketing, and advertising promoting new home sales in the previous year. If you are looking to submit entries for the Awards, please click here.
The open bar will be provided exclusively by Mister Bartender and will feature specialty cocktails!
Please note that attire for this event is cocktail. Masquerade masks are also encouraged for this year's MAX!-querade theme!

PARKING INFORMATION
FREE parking is available in Student Lot 2 between Brunswick and Hanover Streets utilizing this pass. This pass must be displayed on your dashboard. Please see the map below for a visual of where Student Lot 2 is.
Street parking may also be available and is free after 6:30pm.
The parking deck across from Union Station (entered on Nutt Street) is reserved for CFCC faculty and staff and is not accessible to the public.
Fees/Admission
Now through March 6th: Regular Registration - $125 per person / $1000 per table (8 top)
March 6th through 19th: Late Registration - $175 per person / $1400 per table (8 top)
*Tickets include dinner and open bar.
