Energy Efficiency Award: No Entry Fee

POH Applicant has the option to send project photos at a later time, though payment for optional category is due with application. Neighborhoods on Parade Bus Tour: Entry Fee $375

Neighborhoods on Parade Bus Tour

Takes place Thursday, November 5th. One of the most popular events during the Parade of Homes™! A 50 passenger charter bus is driven to your Parade Home for a fun-filled tour specifically tailored for real estate professionals. The tour traditionally offers breakfast, lunch and an end-of-tour party. A limited number of homes will be selected to host either a breakfast, lunch or end-of-tour party. NEW FOR 2020: ALL bus tour participants will be considered as potential meal stop locations. Those Parade homes selected as meal locations will be chosen based on their geographic location along the route and the time of day at which the bus is scheduled to arrive. Please see Parade of Homes Rules form for full details.

Awards Banquet Information

Each builder entering the Parade of Homes will receive TWO complimentary reservations for the Parade of Homes Awards Banquet on Wednesday, November 18. (Two reservations per COMPANY, not per home.) If you would like to RSVP your guests, you may do so below. If you are unsure who will be attending, RSVP is optional at this time but will need to be submitted to WCFHBA no later than Monday, November 2, 2020.
