On May 16th at Bluewater Waterfront Grill the Cape Fear PWB will hold a Women Leaders in Construction Panel Discussion titled; Breaking Ground & Glass Ceilings in Construction: A Woman’s Perspective

Our panelist will share their unique experiences of leadership, and business management skills that helped them excel in their careers.  We will examine each panelist's career and learn how & why they entered the construction industry.  We will discuss the challenges as well as the triumphs that they have encountered along the way.
